Deeply embedded in Israel\u2019s contemporary coffee culture, Landwer roasts can today be purchased in supermarkets and appreciated in a growing number of franchises throughout the country.<sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company was interested in exploring new branding options that would differ significantly from their standard muted color palette. They approache<sup><\/sup>d TEC to design a series of concepts that would whet their leadership\u2019s creative appetite and match their enterprise scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While Landwer is today one of the most recognized brands in the region,&nbsp;the company\u2019s beginnings are firmly rooted in the Tel Aviv story. The chain grew in concert with the city\u2019s expansion\u2014rich roasts accompanied impassioned cultural debate, expanding boulevards, and striking architectural des<sup><\/sup>ign. It was from the ci<sup><\/sup>ty\u2019s physical architecture that we drew our primary inspiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"extra-light wp-block-paragraph\">Tel Aviv\u2019s Bauhaus architecture is world-renowned, globally recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage site. Embracing functionalism and rationalism, this school is characterized by asymmetry, primary forms, and the clean play between shadow and light. We focused on capturing this exact essence, discarding unnecessary ornamentation for an identity that is bold, simple, and elegant.
